Professor of Health Economics, Université Catholique de Louvain
Sandy Tubeuf is Professor of Health Economics at the Institute of Health and Society (IRSS) and Institute of Economic and Social Research (IRES) at the Université catholique de Louvain in Belgium. She was previously Professor at the University of Leeds (UK) and the University of York (UK). She is a visiting Professor at the Hospinnomics Chair at Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) and Paris School of Economics. She has published numerous research articles in health, public, labour and development economics. She sits on several advisory boards in the UK, France and Belgium (NIHR, ESRC, European Commission, DGOS, FNRS). She received her PhD in 2008 from Groupement de Recherche en Économie Quantitative d’Aix-Marseille (GREQAM) at Aix-Marseille School of Economics, in France.
