Researcher, and Coordinator, Thoughts for Europe, EUI
Christy Ann Petit is a Ph.D. candidate at the European University Institute and works on an integrated system for supervision in the Banking Union. With other researchers, she founded Thoughts for Europe, an initiative offering a forum to discuss European policies and debate the future of Europe, at the EUI. Thoughts for Europe organises regular policy-oriented debates within the EUI community and hosts special debates with MEP candidates in view of the next European Parliament elections. She graduated from the Ecole normale supérieure in law, economics, and management in France and holds an LL.M. in European Law from the College of Europe (Bruges).
